RAIN CHECKS: In the event a game is postponed due to inclement weather or any other circumstance before it is officially completed (5 innings or 4-1/2 if the Tides are winning), the Tides will exchange the rain check portion of your ticket for the best available ticket to any future non-restricted regular season home game. This exchange can be made at the Tides ticket office during normal business hours or at a ticket booth when Harbor Park opens for games. There are no cash refunds.


Advance Ticket Sales: Tickets to future Tides games can be obtained at the Harbor Park Advance Ticket Window Monday-Friday from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am - 2 :00 pm. The ticket window is also open on Sunday home games. Ticket can also be purchased at TicketMaster outlets or charge by phone at (757) 671-8100, or online at norfolktides.com.

Airhorns: The use of air horns inside Harbor Park is prohibited by local ordinance.

Alcohol Management: No alcoholic beverages may be brought into or removed from Harbor Park. Commonwealth of Virginia law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21.
Please note to the following policies:
• Patrons will be required to show proper proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages at Harbor Park.
• Alcohol will not be served after the first pitch of the 8th inning.
• The Norfolk Tides and FABS reserve the right to deny the sale of alcoholic beverages to any patrons. For your safety, please do not attempt to drive if intoxicated. Please visit the Gwaltney Information Booth for assistance.

Autographs: Fans are permitted to seek autographs from players along the railings along the field until 15 minutes prior to game time unless interfering with ticket holders in those sections. We request your cooperation in leaving the premises as dictated by security personnel.

Backpacks, Carryalls and Other Bags: Are prohibited for your safety in Harbor Park. Diaper Bags and large purses are subject to search.

Banners and Signs: Fans may bring banners and signs to Tides games. They must be in good taste and must not obstruct the view of anyone in the stands or interfere with the play of the game.

Bottles, Cans, Coolers, Food: NO bottles, cans, coolers, or food items will be permitted into Harbor Park.

Cameras: Fans are permitted to bring both still and video cameras into Harbor Park and shoot whatever they like as long as they are not interfering with other fans’ enjoyment. Be advised that it is illegal to sell or mass produce any pictures shot at Harbor Park without the consent of the Norfolk Tides Baseball Club.

Comment Cards: Fans may fill out comment cards to provide any compliments or complaints. These are available at the Gwaltney Information Center.

Conduct: Fans using foul or abusive language or appearing to be intoxicated will be ejected from the premises. Fans who enter the playing field or obstruct play at any time will be ejected from the ballpark and subject to arrest.

Customer Service: The Gwaltney Information Booth is located on the main concourse behind home plate. Lucky Number prize winners, lost and found children or articles, and expressing suggestions and concerns will be handled from this location.

Emergency Call Check-In: Any person (i.e. doctors, emergency personnel) expecting an emergency call can check-in at the Gwaltney Information Center and receive assistance in receiving an emergency call.

First Aid: The Patient First Medical Station is located on the concourse behind Section 208/210 on the first base side. Please report all injuries, accidents, or any illnesses requiring assistance to this location. Please do not leave Harbor Park without reporting injuries.

Foul Balls: All balls batted or thrown into the stands are yours to keep as souvenirs, but be alert at all times. Do not chase foul balls in the stands or on the concourse. All types of nets used to catch foul balls are prohibited in Harbor Park.

Gates Open: Fans may begin entering Harbor Park 75 minutes before scheduled game time unless previously announced otherwise.

Group Tickets: Groups of 25 or more can receive a special discount on tickets by booking in advance with the Tides office at (757) 622-2222.

“Hits at the Park” Restaurant: The full-service restaurant is located down the right field foul line is and open to the public for all home games. Reservations are requested. Hits can also be used for your banquets, meetings, or other functions. Please call the restaurant manager at (757) 624-9000.

Infants: Infants under 2 years of age are admitted free without a carriage, stroller, car seat, etc....and they must be held on lap.

Handicap Seating: Harbor Park contains 250 handicap seats which are easily accessible throughout Harbor Park. In order to assure that the required number of seats can be obtained, the Tides request that you purchase them in advance of game day.

Message Board and Announcements: Due to time and space limitations, individual messages cannot be made. The special group and any other special announcements are pre-arranged through the group sales department.

Parking: There are approximately 2000 parking spots available within walking distance of Harbor Park. The lots are run by the City of Norfolk and parking is $4.00 per vehicle.

Picnics: A special group picnic can be arranged in the Virginian-Pilot Picnic Area “On The Hill” in left field for groups of 50 to 350. A wide selection of charcoaled items is available from $10.00 per person and up. Please call the Tides Group Sales Office at (757) 622-2222 for further details.

Rest Rooms: Are located throughout the concourse and in the picnic area. All Rest Rooms are ADA accessible and are equipped with Diaper Changing Stations. ‘Family’ Rest Rooms are located on the 3rd Base concourse for individuals needing assistance.

“Rip Tide”: Rip can be booked for your special occasion or charity function. Please call the Community Relations Department at (757) 622-2222 Ext 121. Anyone abusing Rip or his costume will be ejected from Harbor Park.

Security: Uniformed security officers are stationed throughout the ballpark, as well as parking areas. Please notify them of any problems you encounter requiring their attention while attending a game.

Smoke-Free Policy: Smoking is prohibited in the seating areas, rest rooms and on the concourse at Harbor Park. However, smoking is allowed in these areas: All Ramps and Balconies, 3rd
Base Terrace, Suite Level and in the Picnic Area.

Tailgaiting: With the limited amount of parking available, no one may use parking spaces for the purpose of congregation, eating, ets. Fans may get together on the grassy areas adjacent to Lot C or other similar grassy areas to consume prepared foods.
By state law, no alcohol may be consumed in any public area such as the parking lots.
By city ordinance, no cooking is allowed in the stadium parking lots.

Telephones: Public Telephones are located on both the 1st and 3rd Base concourse.
