Enjoy your special event at the Number One ballpark in the country! What a surprise it would be to celebrate any BIRTHDAY, ANNIVERSARY, GRADUATION, ENGAGEMENT, DIVORCE, EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH or other “Event to Remember” at such a fun place.
The basic package is for a minimum ten (10) people at a special low cost of $250!!!
The package includes:
* Ten (10) BOX seats (the best in the house);
* Hot dog, soda, cracker jacks or popcorn for each person in the party (a $100 value);
* The event celebrity will receive a replica Norfolk Tides cap and an official IL baseball signed by the Tides manager;
* Two VIP parking passes that allow you to park in the A/B lots adjacent to Harbor Park. Other vehicles in the party can utilize the city parking at $4.00 each.
* The event celebrity will have his/her name appear on the electronic message center in left field and announced on the Tides radio broadcast on ESPN Radio 1310;
* Additionally, what a surprise for the honoree(s) to see their picture on TidesVision in right field (if you supply us with a picture when finalizing your event);
* Plus, your tickets will be customized with a personalized congratulatory announcement.
If you require any additional tickets beyond the 10 included in the package, the cost will be $20 per person. In your planning, please be sure to have one adult for every five children. Birthday cakes will not be allowed into Harbor Park.
HOW TO SET UP YOUR “NIGHT AT HARBOR PARK”
Call the Tides Group Sales Office at 622-2222 (ext. 171/103) to select a date, a minimum of two weeks in advance (subject to availability). Please be prepared to give a close estimate of the number of people attending. We recommend booking well in advance.
Provide a required NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT of $75.00 within 72 hours of placing the reservation. We accept checks, cash, MasterCard and VISA. The Tides reserve the right to cancel any Group not paying their deposit in a timely manner or for any considered valid reason. Deposits apply to final balance.
Your final ticket count is due ten days in advance of your scheduled outing (tickets will not be added once the final count has been processed). Please note that you must observe the 10 person minimum. Payment balance and ticket pickup is expected seven days in advance of your date. After that, any additional tickets must be purchased at full price at the walk up ticket window. We cannot guarantee the additional seats will be with the original group. These tickets will not include the food and beverages.

In the event that your date is postponed, we will attempt to work with you to reschedule your event. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HOLD ON TO ALL OF YOUR TICKETS, as they will need to be returned to reschedule the group. If no satisfactory group date is available , your rain checks will be honored for any remaining 2008 non-restricted regular season home game. THERE WILL BE NO CASH REFUNDS.
