The Tides have two open-air patio areas located on the first and third base sides of the suite level. These areas are equipped to handle private parties of 30 to 40 people. The patios are accessed by the stairs from the main concourse.
CHECK OUT SOME OF THE ADVANTAGES OF A PATIO PARTY
• Thirty outstanding seats which provide the absolute best view of the game and a panoramic view of Harbor Park, the river and surrounding areas
• Comfortable picnic tables to accommodate your deliciously catered meal from a menu that ranges from informal picnics to full-service dinners. (Food service begins 45 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the game.)
• A large private family restroom at your patio location
• Your own personal server/attendant at your disposal throughout your meal
• The group/company name will be mentioned on the Tides' radio broadcast on ESPN Radio 1310.
• You also receive three VIP parking passes for the A/B parking lots adjacent to Harbor Park. Other vehicles in your party must park in near-by city lots for $4.00 per vehicle
The cost to book a patio of 30 is $400 with an additional $12 per person up to a MAXIMUM of 40 people. This is in addition to food and beverage costs as the patio is only available with our catering services.
Another great feature of scheduling a patio party in the Patio Area is that you are assured that your meal will be served. In the event of threatening weather, we move the food inside to the suite concourse. Please keep in mind that the game itself could be cancelled, but your food will be served and your ticket will be good for another game.

A pony keg of beer (approximately 60-65 cups) is available at a special price of $130.00. A cash bar (minimum purchase of $75.00) is also available.
HOW TO SET UP YOUR PATIO PARTY
1) Call the Tides' Group Sales Office at 622-2222 (ext. 103 or ext. 171) to select a date, a minimum of two weeks in advance (subject to availability). Please be prepared to give a close estimate of the number of people attending. We recommend booking well in advance!
2) Provide a required NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT of $100 within 72 hours of placing the reservation. We accept checks, cash, MasterCard and VISA. The Tides reserve the right to cancel any group for failure to pay their deposit in a timely manner, or for any other reason considered valid. Deposits apply to final balance.
3) Your final ticket count is due ten days in advance of your scheduled outing. (Tickets will not be added once final count has been processed) Please note that you must observe the 30 person minimum and 40 person maximum. Payment balance and ticket pickup is expected seven days in advance of your date. Special Patio Tickets are needed for access to the area. No extra guests are allowed into the patio area without specialized tickets.

In the event that your date is postponed, we will attempt to work with you to reschedule your event. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HOLD ON TO ALL OF YOUR TICKETS BECAUSE THEY WILL NEED TO BE RETURNED TO BE RESCHEDULED! If no satisfactory group date is available, your rain checks will be honored for any remaining non-restricted regular season home game during that season. THERE WILL BE NO CASH REFUNDS.
